By accessing and using HelpFinder4U ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders the Platform less efficient.

4. Liability Disclaimer (No Warranty)

HelpFinder4U acts solely as a venue for Users to connect. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any tasks or services advertised. We are not a party to any agreement between Requesters and Helpers.

HelpFinder4U is not responsible for the performance of any Helper, nor the payment capability of any Requester. We expressly disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our Platform.

5. Payments & Disputes

All payments are arranged, negotiated, and executed directly between Users. HelpFinder4U is not involved in handling funds, processing payments, or holding escrow.

We are not responsible for:

• Any refunds, non-payments, or chargebacks.
• Financial disputes between Requesters and Helpers.
• Tax obligations arising from transactions.

Users engage in transactions entirely at their own risk.
